What to Do after IUI?

After IUI, you need to take complete bed rest for 10 – 20 minutes after this treatment. Your maximum rest of at least 15 minutes can help to increase your pregnancy rate. 

You need more conscious of the following things: a healthy diet, staying positive, relieving stress, light exercise, taking necessary tests, avoid strenuous physical and mental activities.

Take medications and supplements prescribed by your doctor. Your hormones are connected with your emotions.  So, make sure you have a happy life. 

Take rest

Take rest for at least 30 minutes after sperm is placed in the uterus.

Stay positive
