Once PRP is injected into the uterus, the plasma will flow out of the uterus through fallopian tubes and glide over the ovaries and immerse them in the plasma.
PRP for Uterine Lining Growth & Endometrial Receptivity (PRP Intrauterine Wash):
In this process, 3 to 5mls of PRP is infused in the uterus using an IUL catheter. By doing so, it can enhance the endometrial receptivity of the uterine lining prior to an embryo transfer. It should be done 48 hours prior before embryo transfer. The uterine wash is performed to the patient who has a history of failure to develop uterine lining.
