Refund & Cancellation Policy
1. Subscription Payments
- Ficodo offers subscription-based software services
- Once a subscription period has started, payments are non-refundable
2. Duplicate / Erroneous Payments
- In case of duplicate or accidental payment, users may contact us within 7 days
- Refunds, if approved, will be processed to the original payment method
3. Service Cancellation
- Users may cancel their subscription at any time
- Cancellation will stop future billing but no partial refunds will be issued for the current period
4. Processing Time
Approved refunds may take 7–10 business days to reflect, depending on the payment provider.
